SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all in-stock merchandise within 24 hours on business days.

Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM CET) are normally shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 14:00 on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method:

• EU countries: typically 2–3 business days with Flat Rate Registered shipping
• USA & Canada: typically 5–9 business days with Postal Service
• UPS shipping: usually 1–2 business days after dispatch

Please note that extended delivery times may occur in certain countries. These delays are beyond our control and are related to local postal services, not our shipping provider.
Postal shipments are handled by PostNord (www.postnord.dk).

Address Responsibility

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient is unknown, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.

Please ensure that both billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.

If a shipment is undeliverable and returned to us, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or reshipments to hotel addresses, temporary addresses, or similar locations that may be deemed non-deliverable by the postal service.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, using envelopes or boxes depending on order size.

VAT, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Secrets in Lace Europe is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by your country.

• EU customers:
  All prices include VAT, calculated according to your country’s VAT rate in compliance with EU law. VAT is shown separately on your invoice.
• Customers outside the EU:
  Orders are shipped without VAT. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

All shipments are declared in accordance with legal requirements. If a shipment is refused at delivery, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Secrets in Lace Europe bears no responsibility for additional charges imposed by authorities outside the EU.

Important: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

For the following countries, shipping is at the customer’s own risk:

Due to previous delivery issues, we cannot offer reimbursement or guarantees for shipments to these destinations.
